Charity Fundraiser: Hike & Roll for the Alzheimer's Society
Our members will hike the Cuilcagh Boardwalk carrying training mats, grapple for 2 hours and walk back again to raise money for the Alzheimer's Society.

Kids Summer Camp
10.00 to 12.00 each day
£30 per child
This is the second of our kids summer camps, open to those already training with us and also complete beginners aged 6+. The kids will have a fun week of Japanese Ju Jitsu, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and self defence.

Parents & Kids week
Join your child on the mat in their usual classes to have some fun training with them. This is a fun week where the kids get to show you what is involved in their training and a great way to bond with your child.

Garath Vaughan is a BJJ black belt under John Kavanagh and head coach at SBG Strabane. He has won the No Gi Worlds and multiple Europeans among many other comps.This seminar will be No Gi and will focus on leg locks.
Open to everyone regardless of affiliation but pre-booking is essential.

Women's Self Defence Workshop

This 3 hour Women's Self Defence Workshop is designed to give women of all ages, backgrounds and abilities an introduction to simple and effective self defence and give you some key skills, knowledge and behaviours that can help avoid potentially dangerous situations and also deal with them effectively should such a situation arise.
We will cover: Stance, distance control, basic strikes and defence against strikes, escapes from common grabs, escapes from attacks on the ground, awareness, diffusion, the law and much more.
The workshop is open to women aged 16+.
If anyone under 16 would like to attend they must be secondary school age and their mother/guardian must also attend with them.

Prof. Antonio La Salandra is the head coach of the Rigan Machado Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Association, Europe and is a 6th Degree black belt and direct student of Rigan Machado. These are our annual seminars and are open to everyone regardless of affiliation - visitors welcome.
